Delete your Root account
You can start permanent account deletion from either the iOS or Android app without contacting support.

Sign in to the app using the account you want to delete.

Open the Profile tab and select Delete Account.

Enter the signed-in account email when prompted, then confirm deletion.
What deletion does
Deletion signs the account out, revokes its access, disables future sign-in and push notifications, and removes or anonymizes personal profile information. This action cannot be undone. Limited transaction, safety, fraud-prevention, or audit records may be retained when required by law or legitimate operational obligations.
Can't access the app?
Email inquiries@roottrainers.com from the address on the account. We will verify ownership before acting on the request. A parent or guardian should contact us about a child profile connected to their account.
